For adding torrent click on Your Files tab and and then Click to Add New Files. Now here are two options 1) Enter URL to fetch 2) Upload From Your Computer, either you add torrent by a torrent link or by a torrent file. It is batter to Download Torrent file from a torrent site and Then click on Upload From Your Computer and Drag the torrent file to the Box and click on Next and flow the instructions.
After adding the torrent you can track your torrent progress by click on TRANSFERS tab, when torrent download is completed then it will upload your torrent upto 120% .
For downloading file to your computer, Go to Your Files tab and click on the File Name, now you can see a Download option on the right side of you screen, now either click on "Download" or Right click on "Download" and click on " Copy Link Location" ( Mozilla ) and paste it to your download manager.
